CUP is Seeking a Summer Intern

CUP is seeking a summer intern to assist with several current projects, including:

+ Design production work for print using Adobe CS products.

+ Production work on our education tools, including painting, assembling, silkscreening, etc.

+ Research/general project support on CUP's Community Education and Youth Education tools.

+ General project support, as needed. This may include research, database and website upkeep, and administrative work.

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with a background in design and excellent verbal and written communication skills—a friendly phone manner is a must. Proficiency in Adobe CS is required. A background in planning or previous experience working with community or advocacy organizations is a plus.

We anticipate a start date in middle or late June, but position dates are flexible and based on the candidate's availability. We're looking for a candidate who can be in the office at least 30 hours a week, over the course of 10 weeks. The internship pays $11 hourly or interns can choose to receive school credit if their school offers it.
