April showers bring...new CUP projects!

Recently we’ve collaborated with our community partners across the city to create visual tools that tackle issues from landlord harassment to immigration bond hearings to abusive policing. We’re proud to share our latest projects!

Is Your Landlord Harassing You or Your Neighbors?, an illustrated, fold-out poster that explains the city’s new Certificate of No Harassment program that gives tenants a tool to fight back against landlord harassment and displacement.

Freedom Together, a guide that helps family members and friends support their loved ones during an Immigration Court bond hearing.

We're Watching: A guide to recording the police and ICE,  a bilingual guide in English and Spanish that explains your rights and best practices for documenting the NYPD and ICE.

¿Qué es ULURP? Guidebook, our popular guidebook, What is ULURP? is now available in Spanish! Make sure you have this pocket-sized book with you when you attend your next public meeting about land use!
