Civic Action Every Day Series: Investigating Current Events Through Art

Civic Action Every Day Series: Investigating Current Events Through Art

Want to get an inside look at CUP's Youth Education programs and support more of this work with students?

Now you can! This year, CUP is not holding a typical gala fundraising event, and instead holding a series of special programs for our supporters, collaborators, friends, and fans to gather and raise funds to support CUP’s work with marginalized communities in 2021.

Our Civic Action Every Day series kicks off on November 12th with Investigating Current Events Through Art!, an interactive art workshop that explores current events through art, just like our students do. Participants will process a current news story, through art-making, and learn about how CUP students have used this activity in the past to process what they’ve learned around issues impacting their communities. Spots are limited for this special sneak peek, so reserve now! Admission is suggested at $75 per person to support our work, but all donations accepted for admission. Click here to learn more and sign up!
