KAPPA Students Kick Off Urban Investigation!

KAPPA Students Kick Off Urban Investigation!

CUP and Teaching Artist Stephanie Eche have been collaborating with students from KAPPA International High School to investigate the digital divide in online learning. What is the digital divide? How can we create digital equity? How has the COVID-19 impacted all of this? And what does the future look like?

With a box full of creative materials, the crew has been making art to explore the wild world of online learning. Over the past few weeks, students have worked in teams to design and create a solution that narrows the digital divide. All of the students have been prototyping websites, devices, and apps that build towards digital equity. Stay tuned for more updates!
