CUP and Curb Your Litter: Greenpoint invite educators and organizers to a training session and launch event for our newly minted curriculum guide based on the student-made documentary, Talking Trash: Throwing Out the Big Apple!

Bring engaging, fun, and hands-on activities about New York City’s waste management system, environmental justice, and trash reduction to your classroom or community organization. Activities can be taught individually or as a series, and all are aligned with Common Core Learning standards.

Middle and high school educators, as well as facilitators working with neighborhood organizations, are invited to a FREE training session and launch party on Saturday, November 18th. All attendees will receive free copies of the guide.

Learn more about the project here!

We hope to see you there!

Free and open to the public.
