Print Breathe Easier At Home

Everyone has the right to a safe and healthy home and those with asthma living in public housing can take special steps to ensure this. What about your apartment can make your asthma worse? What can you do to fix it?

The National Resources Defense Council (NRDC) approached CUP to create Breathe Easier at Home, a bilingual guide in English and Spanish to help New Yorkers with asthma living in public housing to navigate the process of getting mold and moisture problems fixed. This guide explains how to identify mold and moisture problems, lays out steps to get the problem fixed, and how to follow up if you don’t hear back.
