Join CUP for the online debut of Health Inside & Out

CUP recently collaborated with students from Knowledge and Power Preparatory Academy International High School in The Bronx, and Teaching Artist Farideh Sakhaeifar to understand the public health impacts of prisons and jails on communities.

Students created collages to explore topics of liberation and incarceration, interviewed key stakeholders working on the issue, and made zines that show different perspectives on the legal system. They gathered what they learned and created Health Inside & Out, a booklet that breaks down the issue.

Join us on Zoom to hear the students discuss their creative process and how this project relates to the current moment.

Thursday, June 4th, 4:00 – 5:30 PM
via Zoom

Space is limited so please email rsvp@welcometocup.org to reserve your spot and get access information!
